Gaurav is a seasoned semiconductor professional with over 14 years of industry experience, known for driving successful SoC and full-chip implementations across top-tier organizations. He has a proven track record in delivering multiple tape-outs, including ARM core integrations for clients such as Qualcomm, Nvidia, and AMD; development of IoT and switchbar chiplets at Broadcom OSI and Microchip; and client CPU partitions at Intel.
Gaurav brings deep expertise in digital design and implementation, SoC-level timing analysis, logical equivalence verification (LEV), EM/IR/ESD checks, power analysis, and full-chip closure. At SpintronicsAI Semiconductors, he plays a pivotal role in technical leadership and team scaling, helping build a high-performance digital design team focused on delivering advanced SoC solutions.

Mr. Dinakar, retired Head of Physics/Photonics at NIT Warangal, brings over 40 years of experience in teaching, research, and leadership. During his tenure, he held several senior positions, including Associate Dean, Chief Warden, Admission Officer, NSS Coordinator, Registrar In-Charge, and Head of Department. A visionary academician, he played a pivotal role in introducing the Integrated M.Sc. program at the university. Over the course of his career, he has guided multiple Ph.D. scholars, published 60+ research papers, served as a Ph.D. adjudicator for over 30 universities, and contributed significantly as a reviewer, paper setter, and Board of Studies member.
On the global stage, Dr. Dantala has represented NIT Warangal in 10 countries, chaired international conferences, and actively contributed to academic collaborations and university selection committees. A renowned motivational speaker, he has delivered 100+ programs aimed at inspiring engineers and educators. His lifelong contributions reflect a strong commitment to advancing electronics, photonics, and research, while nurturing talent and fostering academic excellence worldwide.
